冷再生拌和機(jī)工作原理是配備一個(gè)裝有若干個(gè)硬質(zhì)合金刀具的切削轉(zhuǎn)子,轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),向上切削泥土,在拌和罩內(nèi)被切削下的泥土與撒布的緩凝水泥進(jìn)行充分均勻地混合,見(jiàn)圖11。當(dāng)工作深度一旦確定時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)子的切削深度將由傳感器感應(yīng)并傳達(dá)至控制系統(tǒng),從而保證拌和深度,達(dá)到最佳拌和要求。在冷再生拌和機(jī)工作時(shí),其行進(jìn)速度為5~8m/min,同時(shí)配有專人跟機(jī)每隔15~20m檢查拌和深度,并配合再生機(jī)操作人員及時(shí)調(diào)整拌和深度,嚴(yán)禁出現(xiàn)拌和不到位的夾層現(xiàn)象。
The working principle of the cold recycling mixer is equipped with a cutting rotor equipped with several hard alloy cutting tools. When the cold recycling mixer is working, its traveling speed is 5-8m/min, and a dedicated person is assigned to follow the machine to check the mixing depth every 15-20 meters, and cooperate with the regeneration machine operator to adjust the mixing depth in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to have interlayer phenomena where the mixing is not in place.
