瀝青撒布車日常操作應該注意哪些事項？這才是關鍵！

1、滿載的撒布車在行駛過程中，應采用中速行駛，遇有彎道、下坡路時應提前減速，盡量避免緊急制動；這是因為瀝青罐體內的瀝青為液態(tài)流體狀，行駛過程中其車輛不穩(wěn)定，容易偏離，在上述情況下更加嚴重。

2、檢查機械、灑布裝置及防護、防火設備是否齊全。采用固定式噴燈向瀝青箱的火管加熱時，應先打開瀝青箱上的煙囪口，并在液態(tài)瀝青淹沒火管后，方可點燃噴燈。加熱噴燈的火焰過大或擴散蔓延時應立即關閉噴燈，待多余的燃油燒盡后再行使用。噴燈使用前，應先封閉吸油管及進料口，手提噴燈點燃后不得接近易燃品；行駛時嚴禁使用加熱系統(tǒng)。

Before using the blowtorch, the oil suction pipe and the feeding port should be closed first, and the portable blowtorch should not be close to the inflammables after being ignited; Do not use heating system when driving.
3、瀝青撒布車駕駛員與機上操作人員應密切配合，操作人員應注意自身的安全。作業(yè)時在噴灑瀝青方向10m以內不得有人停留，以免造成事故。
