使用冷再生機(jī)路面平整工作是如何進(jìn)行的？

冷再生機(jī)技術(shù)已經(jīng)是道路施工中較為常見的一種機(jī)器了，在使用冷再生機(jī)后的路面平整工作該如何進(jìn)行呢？

壓路機(jī)對(duì)再生層穩(wěn)壓后，再生材料基本能夠處于穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)，但仍不能完全消除再生機(jī)的輪跡，此時(shí)的輪跡深度約為0.5～1cm。

平地機(jī)對(duì)再生層找平后，如仍存在輪跡、麻面、局部骨料集中等現(xiàn)象，則需人工進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。方法是用再生新料將輪跡、麻面填滿，所用新料應(yīng)高出再生層0.5cm;將集中的骨料撒開，并用新料填充骨料的縫隙。
After leveling the reclaimed layer by grader, if there are still wheel tracks, pockmarked surface, local aggregate concentration and other phenomena, it needs to be repaired manually. The new material should be 0.5cm higher than the recycled layer; the concentrated aggregate should be scattered, and the gap of aggregate should be filled with new material.
